Ready to Book?

Always try to book your charter as far in advance as possible, particularly if your dates are not flexible. December through April is our busiest time of year and these months generally book up well in advance. Christmas and New Year's often book a full year ahead. Consider booking in low- or off-season for deals as much as 30% off.

Once you have decided on your dates and we have determined availability, the process is simple. We will email you with the Charter Agreement/Release of Liability and the Terms & Conditions for you to review, sign, and return to us.

What is the Payment Schedule?

In order to secure the booking we will need a deposit of 50% of the charter fee. The deposit is due within two weeks of receiving your paperwork. If you wish to purchase cancellation insurance at that time please include $150 with your payment. Final payment is due 45 days prior to the start of your charter. Payment instructions are included in the Terms & Conditions.
